I’m a Mum, Daughter, Partner, Friend, and Woman using this platform to document my journey into midlife, after my 50th birthday. Describing the excellent, the good, the bad, and the ugly experiences along the way. Accepting the changes of midlife and the need to reset to be stronger, healthier, happier and productive. I’m not a medical or an healthcare professional but I do have a complete obsession in researching and analysing data of studies on human health and lifespan. I believe that Nutrition, Movement, Relaxation, Mindset and Connections are key for an healthy mind, in an healthy body. This blog will focus on these, as the base of the main 4 pillars of health : physical, cognitive, emotional, and social health. I will simplify and summarise the information available on the net with valuable links to my favourite scientists, doctors and bloggers. I will also report my own findings as I try to stay fit and healthy. Hope you come along on this journey and please leave a comment, ask a question or give feedback – your knowledge and opinions are very welcome.
